How it works:

Installation of the RS-1000 is a snap. Simply plug the RS-1000 Black Box into your 1996 or newer vehicle's OBD-II connector. For 1995 or older vehicles, installation should be done by a qualified automotive service technician.

Any time your vehicle is operated in an unsafe manner, such as driving at high speeds, performing high g-force maneuvers, failure to buckle up the seatbelt, etc. the RS-1000 will will give the driver an audible warning alert. If the driver ignores the warning and fails to take corrective action, a steady tone will sound until the unsafe driving condition is stopped. All unsafe driving is recorded in the driver scoring reports available for review when the "black box" data is downloaded.

Reviewing the "black box" data is as easy as 1-2-3. Just plug the RS-1000 processor/memory card into your PC using the supplied USB cable. Our advanced data analysis software will allow you to view the information in various easy-to-read- reports and graphs.
